Every detail is shaped to help people feel informed, welcomed, and connected to the cause.

Participants can join as individuals, families, schools, faith communities, nonprofits, or local organizations. The walk offers a meaningful way to show solidarity while encouraging conversations that can lead to awareness, prevention, and support. I provide guidance before and during the event so the focus remains on unity, remembrance, and action.

I am Yolanda Alonzo, founder of Yolanda's L.O.V.E. Inc., a nonprofit rooted in compassion, advocacy, and community care. I support survivors and families impacted by domestic violence while creating space for awareness, healing, remembrance, and hope. I also uplift youth and bring people together through meaningful events, partnerships, and outreach. My work is personal, purpose-driven, and centered on reminding every person that they are seen, supported, and never alone.
